Please use the instructions below to install your plastic airline style crate bed.
Installing your plastic crate bed
Power Drill
1/4" Drill Bit
Marker or pencil
Next, take your crate apart as when you took measurements, or click here.
Turn the bottom half of the crate upside down, and lay the bed on top.
Center the bed all the way around the crate.
In between each set of ties, make a mark in the center of the angled part of the crate.
Make the mark directly inline with the tie.
Mark each tie location all the way around the crate.
One end of the bed will have a seam where it has been closed. Be sure this end of the bed is to the rear of the crate.
Next comes driling the holes.
Using a portable drill, start drilling at each location.
Go slowly and observe all safety precautions for using a power drill!
Drilling will leave small plastic pieces around the holes inside the crate.
Turn the crate over and remove these small pieces.
